4 medium potatoes (sliced)
1 large onion (sliced)
1 cup chopped celery
1 medium can sliced carrots, drained
1 medium can green peas, drained
1 lb hamburger
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Cook potatoes, onions and celery until soft. Place potatoes in a greased casserole dish and layer onions and celery on top. Layer the carrots and then the peas on top. Brown hamburger meat and add as top layer. Dilute cream of mushroom soup with 1 can of water and pour over casserole. Bake in oven until hot (approximately 25 minutes) or microwave 5-7 minutes until heated through.
