1 2 pound package frozen hash browns
1 10.75 ounce can condensed cream of potato soup
1 10.75 ounce can condensed cream of celery soup
1 8 ounce container sour cream
1 small finely diced onion
1 green bell pepper, minced
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
Grease a 9 x 13 inch baking pan and spread frozen hash browns on bottom. Mix together soups, onion, pepper and sour cream and pour mixture over the hash browns. Bake in a preheated oven at 300 degrees for 60 minutes. Remove from oven and add shredded cheese. Bake for another 25 minutes or until cheese is melted.
