6 eggs, beaten
6 slices of bread, cubed
1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 lb. cooked bacon
2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
Butter a casserole dish and lay cooked bacon on the bottom. Mix the remaining ingredients together and pour over the bacon. Cover and refrigerate for 12 hours.
Bake in 350 degree oven, covered, for 1/2 hour. Then uncover, and bake for an additional 30 minutes.
