Garlic Brussel Sprouts

2 lbs brussel sprouts
8 cloves garlic, minced
14oz can chicken broth
3 tbsp olive oil



Cut bottoms off brussel sprouts and then cut the brussel sprouts in half (the flat side will brown). Wash in cold water and drain. Put olive oil in a deep pan and brown garlic with brussel sprouts over medium high heat. Add chicken broth and simmer about 15 minutes.
