6 cups cabbage (coarsely cut)
1 can cream of celery soup
1 cup milk
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 medium onion (chopped)
2 cups american cheese
salt and pepper (to taste)
1 tbs sugar
1 stick butter or margerine
2 cups herb seasoning
Mix celery soup, milk and mayonnaise in a bowl. Add all other ingredients EXCEPT the butter and herb seasoning, and toss lightly. Pour into a greased 7x11 Pyrex dish.
In a new bowl, combine butter/margerine and herb seasoning and put on top. Bake at 350 degrees, uncovered, for 30 minutes. Cabbage is supposed to taste crunchy!
