1 chicken (or equivalent cut up if you dont cut your own)
3 eggs
1/2 cup milk
flour in a large ziplock bag
Crisco (solid, not liquid)
Cut up & rinse chicken. Beat eggs together with milk (like making scrambled eggs). Roll chicken in egg mixture and then place in flour. Shake until chicken is covered in flour. Half fill a large fry pan with criso and heat until medium hot, then add chicken. Cook on medium heat until chicken is golden brown. If it starts to brown too fast, lower heat.
