1pkg hotdogs
7-8 large potatoes
1 large yellow onion
olive oil
garlic powder
onion powder
Peel and slice onion into small pieces. Pour approx 1/2 inch of olive oil into large frying pan. Sautee onion for a few minutes. Peel potatoes and cut into chunks then add to the onion. Slice hotdogs into 1/2 inch pieces and add to the mix. Sprinkle liberally with onion and garlic powder. Cook until potatoes are soft, stirring regularly to prevent burning.
Can be served on a sandwhich of italian or french bread OR by itself on plate.
