1 lb hamburger
1 medium onion, chopped
2 quarts potatoes
3 tbs catsup
grated cheddar cheese
salt
pepper

Brown hamburger and onion together. Cook potatoes until tender, salt and pepper to taste. Pour the hambuger and onion mixture into the potatoes and add catsup. Mix together and place in baking dish. Sprinkle cheese on top and warm in oven at 300 degrees until cheese is melted.
