Shrimp and Sausage Jumbalaya

1lb cooked smoked sausage links
1 onion (chopped)
1 green bell pepper (chopped)
2 tbs minced garlic
1 28oz can diced tomatoes
1 tbs parsley flakes
1/2 teaspoon thyme
1 tsp cajun seasoning
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1 pound peeled, veined shrimp
rice



Spray crockpot with non-stick spray. and combine all ingredients EXCEPT the shrimp and rice. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours. Stir in shrimp, cover, and cook on low for another hour. Serve over hot, cooked rice.
