1 box orange cake mix
1 box cocunut pie filling (not instant)
1 cup Wesson oil
4 eggs
1 cup of orange juice
12 oz bottle of Mountain Dew
Icing:
1 stick of margarine
1 1/2 cups sugar
3 tbs of flour
1 small can crushed pineapple
2 cups frozen coconut
Mix all ingredients together and bake in 3 layers for 25 minutes at 325 degrees. Cool on cooling rack.
Mix margarine, sugar, flour and pineapple and boil over medium heat. Add coconut and mix thoroughly. Let cool for 10 minutes and spread on layers of cake.
