1 pkg strawberry gelatin
1 box Dunan Hines Deluxe Fudge Marble cake mix
Topping:
1 envelope whipped topping mix (2 - 2 1/2 cup yield)
1 1/2 cup cold milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 pkg instant vanilla pudding mix
Dissolve gelatin in 3/4 cup boiling water. Add 1/2 cup cold water and set aside to cool at room temperature.
Mix and bake cake as directed in a 13x9x2 pan. Cool cake in the pan for 20 - 25 minutes. Using a toothpick or meat forl, poke deep holes, about 1 inch apart, through the top of warm cake. Using a cup, slowly pour gelating mixture into the holes then place cake in the refrigerator.
In a chilled deep bowl, blend the whipped topping mix, instant pudding, cold milk and vanilla until stiff (approx 3-8 minutes). Immediately frost the cake. CAKE MUST BE STORED IN THE REFRIGERATOR
