1 cup sugar
1/2 cup white corn syrup
1 cup roasted, salted peanuts
1 tbsp margarine
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking soda
In 1 1/2 quart casserole dish, stir together sugar and syrup. Microwave on high for 4 minutes. Add peanuts and microwave for 4 minutes. Stir in margerine and vanilla. Microwave on high for 2 minutes. Stir in baking soda; stir until foamy. Pour onto greased cookie sheet to cool. When cooled, break into pieces.
