Pecan Pie Muffins

1 cup light brown sugar (packed firmly)
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup chopped pecans
2 eggs (beaten)
2/3 cups of butter (softened)



Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line muffin tins with paper muffin liners. In a bowl, stir together brown sugar, pecans and flour. In a separate bowl, beat eggs and butter together until smooth. Stir in the first mixture until just combined. Spoon batter into muffin cups, about 2/3 full. Bake for 20 - 25 minutes then cool on a wire rack.
