1 1/2lbs Rib End or Pork Butt (2lbs if bone in)
1lb fresh mushrooms
1 head of garlic (minced)
Lard or Blended Oil (10% olive, 90% vegetable)
1 tablespoon Parsley
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Pepper
Cut pork into bite sized pieces. Cover bottom of large frying pan with oil (or lard) and brown meat. Add garlic. Mix in mushrooms. Add salt, pepper & parsley. Cover and simmer on low heat until done.
