Pork Tenderloin

4 strips bacon
2lb pork tenderloin
1/2 cup soy sauce
1 tablespoon grated yellow onion
1 clove garlic (chopped)



Wrap bacon strips around tenderloin secure with toothpicks. Place in plastic freezer bag. In small bowl, mix soy sauce, onion & garlic. Pour mixture into bag with tenderloin, remove all air from bag and seal tightly. Marinade overnight in the refrigerator.

Preheat broiler (or spark up the grill!). Remove meat from marinade and broil (or grill) for approx 8 minutes on each side, until meat's internal temperature reaches 150 degrees. Let stand on cutting board for 5 minutes before serving.
