1 family size can cream of mushroom soup
1 tbs prepared mustard
2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 tsp prepared horseradish
1 1/2 pounds ground beef
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup water
dash of pepper
Combine soup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and horseradish in a bowl, blend well and set aside. Combine beef, egg, bread crumbs, onion, salt, pepper and a 1/4 of the soup mixture. Shape into 6 patties and brown in a skillet. Drain drippings from pan and discard. Combine remaining soup mixture with water and pour over patties. Cook over low heat for 20 minutes, stirring occassionally.
