1 cup Butter or Marg.
1 cup Water
1/3 cup unsweetend coco powder
2 cups all purpose flour
2 cups sugar
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp ground cinnamon
2 slightly beaten egg
1/2 cup buttermilk
11/2 tsp vanilla
Pre heat oven 375 and grease 15 x 10 x 1 pan. In a medium sauce pan, combine butter, water and coco powder and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Remove from heat.
In large mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, eggs, butter milk and vanilla. Beat with electric mixer at low to medium speed. Add coco mixture and beat until blended. Bake at 375 for 20 minutes.
Frosting
1/2 cup butter or margerineIn a sauce pan (or double boiler) melt butter, unsweeten coco and butter milk. Stir in powder sugar and vanilla and mix until blended smooth. Pour over cooled cake. Let cool and serve.
