Your favorite pasta
3/4 stick sweet butter
1 cup vodka
3/4 tablespoon salt
1 lg can crush tomatoes (drained)
1/2 pint heavy cream
4 teaspoons parmesian cheese
Melt butter slowly. Add vodka, salt, tomatoes & heavy cream. Bring to a boil and remove from heat. Prepare pasta and drain. Pour sauce mix over pasta of your choice. Add parmesian cheese about 5 minutes before serving.
